you really didn't bother to check up?!maybe if you had you would realise that there IS such a drive. and it only costs like 60 more.it might be external but it is super slim and way more portable/better looking than your average external drive. i assume the performance is about the same

you forgot to mention that the new macbook does not have an optical drive...so if you are in the middle of a desert you cant waitch a DVD ..OR if you are on a plane ofcourse

there is one usb port, which you can use for usb hub connection.

I have to say it is a very good computer. But depending on the things you want to do it might not be the thing you are looking for. I notice that with it being so thing. There are no USB prots or anything for wired multimedia. So I really look at it as a great computer for wireless stuff. Other than that. I'm going to stick with my Mac Book Pro. |
