I do believe you're right - that's another thing that struck me about this band. Music and style like this doesn't become dated easily.

Its cyclical I suppose, but some of these lyrics seem really contemporary. Specials rocked.

haha i like this song lol so much :) Is the car a Vauxhall Velox btw? and at 2:14 to 2:16 they are a Ford Cortina and Bedford CA !

really good video! just goes to show you real talent is timeless, i agree this video is cool by todays standards as it was then.... i do wish mtv played more real videos and less cut and paste jobs but thats life

Actually it was back in the early 80's where there were huge in the U.K. which had two number one's including these one in these is regarded as one of the best ska songs of all time and know you know

Best thing to come out of Coventry... Oh that and concrete (which i suppose was actually brought in after the blitz) the rather good-The enemy and the M40.
