my nana was diagnosed with cancer in 2005 and my papa was there for her the whole time she died this passed may. we also played this song at her funeral.

My grandma was diagnosed with Alzheimers in 2002. My papa took care of my Grandma and was always there. I played this song for them in 2004 and my papa just sobbed. My grandma passed away in 2005. We played this song at her funeral. I love this song so much. It means the world to me. Every word reminds me of my grandparents. I cry every time I hear it.
