Hi-ougi means ''Hidden Technique'' In the english version (GC) there are only three:Lloyd: Get the Elemental Swordsmen title (don't have to equip it) and equip the elemental swords. When you're HP is low, press A+B+X.Genis: You must have used Indignation 50 times or more. Than in Overlimit, use Indignation.Colette: Use Holy Song and Judgement 50 or more times. Then it happens at random when you use either of those two spells. You can tell she's using it, there's a trick for that ^^
