We teach Sil how to do a backflip (who has only ever done them on trampolines before), and you can follow the steps one by one, to see what you are doing wrong!NOTE: Turning your palms to the outside in the set is personal preference - Some people like to do it this way, as it can help you lock your shoulders when you jump up, but it is not necessary.Also this tutorial is designed for trickers or other athletic people interested in learning how to do a basic backflip - if you are a gymnast you should learn the absolute "gymnast" way at a gymnastics centre (focuses alot more on form)Finally, this tutorial was created through the knowledge of many people, I do not claim to be a professional coach who knows everything about backflips. Yeah... TWO spotters for the first time, just like in the video. Unless your friend is really big and strong he wouldn't be able to save you from a bail that easily, unlike two spotters.

i said that i had no spotters??? My friend was my spotter if you didnt understand that yet.

As in, without a spotter?Because in this video, "exactly" what it says would be using TWO spotters, eliminating the chance of you landing on your head. If you just try it without spotters you're obviously going to land on your head.

I tried to backflip once, exactly as it says in this vid. But i fell on my head. Luckily, i wasnt injured or paralised. But it hurt's. My friend looked me and was shoked. Sice then, i dont backflip at all.
