I stood under this craft for 10 mins in western Ky in the late fall of 1999 which is before this happened in Ill. This actually happened on I-24 with many others seeing as well. Still trying to find out what it was, my intrest in UFOs is for real now.

Yeah its definitely a terrestrial craft. But judging by the egregious spelling errors and the ridiculous names you have for nonexistant technology...I would guess you have no idea what you're talking about.

Think about what, why there are no fighter aircraft buzzing all around this NOTE craft:) Its not a NOTE craft, its a U.S. TR-3Astra 280ft long, opperated by the U.S.Central security Service out of Area-53 woomeera Desert Australia, If nikola tesla could see what they have built with his idea's he would weep! Your right it was a developmental aircraft by Boeing. One of my friends sister works there. She found it rather amusing so many thought it was a UFO.
