Umm how does being rich have anything to do with punk? A lot of punk bands never make it big but they're still awesome. Also how the hell did Avril Lavine start punk you dumbass? Punk started in the 70s before Avril fucking Lavine was even born. If you wanna hear REAL punk listen to The Ramones, The Clash, the sex Pistols, Dead Kennedys, etc.

the ramones were punk but they had a lot of poppy type stuff too. there are harder punk bands

look here buddy, spinal tap was never a real band. as funny as the movie and the characters were, they aren't real.second off, you should seriously take a good listen to some classic rock and sort out everything you know about modern rock and all of its influences.
