how popular is jazz fusion compared to. . . well nearly all genres? Its obscure music for the most part. Ask anybody if they recognized any of the bands on Fusion FM before they bought the game. I had heard of Gong (Angel's Egg album which i have to say is bad) and Billy Cobham.
