I remember when this came out NIKE did'nt support any HBCU's. After this song and a year later I think it was Hampton, Grambling, and Southern were offered NIKE contracts. Skegee didn't get a offer from them until 95. FUNNY HOW THA

Mighty Chuck was slamming corporate greed (Nike), with much more concern and sincerity waaaay before Michael Moore made his dime doing the same thing. Prob is Moore slams corporations in order to build his own. PE did it to enlighten, and educate, and I gotta thank and praise 'em for their truth. |
