Pretty tight, Scotty Digital obviously mastered that seqencer in the su700. Sounded tight! Much props!

these sample boxes are all nice for playing around...but the tracks never sound as tight and strong as in logic i feel, so they stay demo tracks for bedroom players... but analog drum machines and sound modules - used for song creation work.. i love the su700 404 and the likes though...

I agree with the beat making part of the su700. It's really difficult to lay down a good beat just using the sample pads. I make most of my beats on one of my drum machines, and sample a loop into the rm1x then mess with it as a whole, usually trying to give it a more organic sound.

Hi I own SU700 for 3 years and the only problem for me is creating the beats/drums `cause the way it works is totally different from let`s say KORG ESX with step sequencers. Loop sequencer is nice for repeatable phrases, strange voices, FX you may get the UNEXPECTED result playing with SU700. But not sharp strong beats. Any hints?

Thats great. Thanks man. Thats all I needed to know so I may send you a message but maybe not. Thanks for helping me. Much appreciated!

Send me a message, I'm not sure what you mean. You can sample anything you want. It has space for 8 loop tracks, 16 performed loop tracks, and 16 free sample tracks. Generally, I'll fill up the memory before I get anywhere close to using all the available sample pads, but if they are just short percussive sounds, it works well. I just happen to use lots of longer samples. But yeah....I'm not sure if I answered the question....send me a message.

Yo extrasuperpower! Is the Su700 a good rhythm sampler or should I look eleswhere?
