Not all Americans are ignorant. You are showing your own ignorance by making a broad sweeping claim such as the one above. Slandered? That is why thousands of college students fight and pay ridiculous amounts of money to be able to study in Spain. It is the foundation of the western hemisphere. Civilizations rise and fall. The United States will be in the same situation as Spain in a few decades, and just like Spain, we will be "slandered" for many centuries to come.
