im just saying the movie was about rangers and in the mission that the blackhawks was rangers yes marines where already there but they where in the ports and beaches rangers are the armys light attack force which means they can attack at short notice why would you just attack a major city and not worry about the surrounding areas and before marines the seal team was the first to set foot providing recon of the ports and beaches then marines cleared them then rangers operation in the city

Its the stuff before BHD.The US Marines/UN were there before delta or rangers.US Marines withdrew completley and then the militia attacked and killed some UN, so the US sent in Rangers and Delta to do specialist operations, after a couple of weeks and months, they found out who the ringleaders were and then went in. THAT is Blackhawk down, Im aware BHD was not about marines but think about the real life stuff before that films depicted events. BHD is the aftermath.

I think we might be a bit harsh here.Remember that the average IQ in Somalia is 68 (given UK's 100 by Rindermann). This means that most people will be able to open doors, but might have difficulty using kitchen appliances. To that we must add poverty, inbreeding, a culture that would make Stalin blush and the worst kind of brainwashing (islam).And you expect them to think and act rational? Get over it. It's not going to happen.The sad fact is that this applies to almost all muslims.
