I'm a year and some change late replying to this... but if it weren't for synth pop I would have never fallen in love, gotten married, made babies... the best things in my life are built on synthpop...is it popular...no, but was it ever?no.

true, i hate shit pop and it IS dying. rolling stone, time magazine and other articles have been taking about how it's sales are down by the millions. radio stations are dropping its formats. i think the highest selling artist was nelly last year and he only sold 1 million. compare that with all the new electro genres and it's fucking dead. hahahahaha
