it reallt depends on what company you work for i have worked in call centres alot some Very bad but some a very good high paying jobs it all depends if you are outsourced or working in house for the actual company. In example Telus is in house and starting wage is 17.50 an hour also Airmiles is an amazing company to work for starting wage is 17.00

I wouldn't recommend a career in a call center... it's really fucking degrading to one's pride and self-esteem. Well.. who can blame these freaking losers whose "LAST" recourse to get a job is by landing on a small "cubicle"...called "hell"!!!! -

i work in tech support too. the only way to keep your sanity is to have a good attitude. if you answer a call already with sand in your vagina, then the caller feeds off the negative energy and its downhill from there.ive had the pleasure of hanging up on bitches so i know when someone is asking for it...or when someone really needs your helpBTW old people should be banned from having electronics and shot on site if found in procession
