Tua mentalidade grotesca e rude, somente entende "sangue e chumbo". De-nos a todos um fino presente. Suma-se daqui para sempre.

We should not judge others for what they did, they did in the context of their time and culture. I just want to point out that my country was "colonized" by the Spanish, as I am Mexican. I can tell you that our native cultures are doing very well now. More than 90 million of us have indigenous blood in our veins, so believe me when I say that we in no way died under the Spanish. I have been in Sao Paulo, and see nowhere the impact of the native culture you see everywhere in Mexico City.

Poignant video clip and music expressing the human spirit and heart well and begs a question : Who were 'the civilized' in the encounter of indigenous people and colonial-religious powers.

yes, we portuguese made the local populations slaves, but it was normal for portuguese to mate with local people, from other races, which shows there was no idea of superiority from us. i find it much worse what the spanish did to the incas (or mayas, not sure), where they took advantage of theyr religious beliefs, and the tribe worked until they all died..the spanish destroyed a wonderfull culture, without thinking twice.
