I'm a supporter of Bush and I go Harvard U. for Engineering: Computer Science : Software , going for my masters or phd, so yes it is possible, but what you really should ask yourself, how the hell would they get it on to a machine under the radar, or how one would be able to implement it nationally, the Bush election was not an accident, he just wasn't as much of an ass clown as Kerry.
