Bill Maher is very funny & I understand why he finds so many problems with religion. When clergy rapes children & people shoot abortion doctors--all in the name of God, I get angry. But not all so-called believers use religion to hurt people. There are many people, like me, who have & care for disabled children. If our faith in Christ keeps us from slicing open veins in a bathtub, then why seek to destroy It? I love Mr. Maher, but he doesn't realize the consequences of what he's tampering with.

Go Bill!!!!! I heartily agree with you.People who need to cling to tired 'fables' to get through the day, do the right thing, and give their lives meaning are (sorry) inferior. May Darwinism weed them out. Then we could finally have some peace on this planet. Or they may just blow us all up first. It's all so dumb I can hardly stand it.
