In the term of graphics, I somewhat agree (MVC2 was rehash all day, but what did that do?). BUT, in the terms of roster, it could of been SO MUCH better then what it was... It was pratically a shoto-fest with the selection, that neither shown the vast diversities of both companies, nor did it provide the variety that should of been there. Need I bring up the variety of SVC Chaos? Imagine if Capcom did that roster... And once again, why call it Capcom vs SNK, if it's not really Capcom vs SNK?

Doesn't Capcom realized that CVS style sprites and Vampire/SFA style sprites don't mix? The roster was fine without the 4 addition CVS characters. They hardly fit in at all.

This is just a matter of Style over substance.CVS has the style.CVS 2 has the substance.

oops yeah, of course. No ones missing from cvs1 so cvs 2 does win in characters. I do like some of the cvs ex versions a lot though

Not in characters. CvS2 wins in gameplay and characters. In all other areas, CvS is superior.

i think cvs2 wins in the gameplay department. Especially with the groove edit function. But yeah, in all other areas - cvs1 is superior

in some ways it was. I liked that it had EX versions of characters and i liked the music. The music in CVS2 sucked major monkey ballz but otherwise nr 2 was better.

Clearly since Cvs2 has more characters and the gameplay is more fluid im just thinking LOGIC.
