What was event 15? Low buy-in?
MrAndersonmm (April 23, 2008 at 4:45 am)
That's the last time Johnny Chan won the main event, he won a bracelet in '05 or '06, maybe both, it was Pot Limit Hold 'em heads up with Phil Laak.

There are several more situations in Omaha, especially in Pot Limit Omaha, where it's correct for two or three people to be all in, top set against a wrap straight draw against bottom set with a flush draw, all great all-in hands. Omaha is much more of an action game, but it leaves less for outplaying other people, it's much more straight-forward.Not harder, not easier, just different.

Omaha is more complex in terms of odds and possible hands for your opponents. I dont see how anyone could consider it easier than holdem, or even on par.
