The Gathering Of Eagles are crazy people! I belong to a peace group, and they show up at our protests and scream nasty, disrespectful things in people's faces. They don't have a clue as to what us peace group people want. We all support the troops, just not the war. And the Vietnam war and this war was NOT about protecting our rights, or earning them because they were and arre not in danger (expect now for Bush taking them away) of being taking away. That was all the Revolutionary war in 1770's.

Actually you are wrong on certain accounts...The first and third scenarios involved invasions and an attack from the other side.Lincoln had to deal with Civil War, so technically we were fighting ourselves.Most of radical Islam probably doesn't like America, I can say the same for many other nations in the East and West. But how many have the stones or good enough motive to attack this country....besides what does Iraq have to do with terrorism?

wow.. You do know that the people that join the army or military have a duty to fight. SO technically speaking if you're joining the military then there is a chance you will have to go to war. THUS it's a volunteer war. SO guess what? The soldiers DID choose to fight! 80% now say they want to stay and even ones that got wounded want to go back and fight.
