what it is is that the first 4 chords in hotel california are the same as the chords in angie i dont think either of them stole it from the other it was just a coincidence (dont know how to spell sorry) theres only so many chords on a guitar its hard not to have one song have the same chords as another

That's true. BUT this is a 1972-1973 song. And the Eagles came up with Hotel California in 1975-1976 so you could say The Rolling Stones came up with it first.

charlie always looks that way. i love the song, but they really did a horrible job at lip syncing this! just watch keith and mick's guitars- not in sync at all! rumor has it that this song was written for david bowie's wife, and in keith richards biography it says that it was aupposed to have meaning about keith's girlfreind, anita pallenberg. ah well, love the stones!
