I got one thing to note:this was the first ad of 'there will be one' by the NBA, and it is by far the best. The 'acting' is perfect, both and Shaq and Kobe were very in it (they were being natural, yet intense, really)...this ad was so good they decided to make more, and the subsequent players tried too hard to copy it and could't quite pull it off. Coupled with the music, the intensity in this ad is by far the best one and will go down as one of the best NBA ads ever...

You can say all you want about Shaq winning without Shaq, but you have to look at it like this Shaq always played with great guards. During his time in the NBA he played with the best. Kobe,Wade, Nash and even Hardaway. Im tired of people giving Shaq all the credit remember Shaq suck during the finals in Miami run to the finals. Alonzo had bigger contribution than Shaq had. I look at it like this Jerry Buss was smart not to keep Shaq. kobe hate or love him.

Ur theory does make sense but ur forgetting one important thing. Shaq DID win without Kobe. No player can win by themself youre right but Shaq didnt need Kobe. The question was raised when Kobe got arrogant and thought he could run that team by himself. Shaq went to Miami and let him know who the real mvp on that team was. So everything you said was right accept for that Shaq needed Kobe to win. And it was Kobes attitude that started the whole thing in the first place.

man are people failing to realize shaq couldn't do it by himself either?? look when he was with the magic! he was the sole star and he didn't win. shaq needed kobe to win just like kobe neededed him. pierce need kg and allen and dwayne needed shaq. Michael even started winning when he actually got a good team around him. thats all kobe needs a good team around him.
