Um is verbal punctuation. probably the best thing to do is come up with a list of adjectives or verbs to keep yourself from stopping. Most sports commentators do that.

Oh yeah, and this (a personal thing really), but I know in gaming culture it's pretty popular to use the word rape. Yeah my friends do it all the time, yadda yadda. But maybe if you can tone it down a bit, it'd be appreciated! :)
