if u already have a plan and just dont want to renew it get a used or refurbished one on line but if u dont have a carrier at all then no i dont see how to avoid the contract

Nice review, did'nt mention the price, as I got mine 2 weeks ago from pricego org for $195. Right now i'm thinking of getting my girlfriend the white color pearl so that way wont get confused , :)

1st phone(brand new, in less than 5 months) - the trackball froze2nd phone(refurbished, of course) - missing GPS application3rd phone(refurbished) - very slow. Sometimes i'd miss calls because the phone took forever to process my "acceptance" of a call. In other words, the hourglass kept spinning, and in the process, i missed the call. All the help customer service could give was to tell me to turn off the phone, remove the battery, put it back, and reboot.

yes. you can do that. you just need to synchronize your phone with your pc, and get a memory disk for your phone. as long as those two are good, you can put as many songs as you want.
