Do what doctors tell you and you will be sick. They use any reason to eventually get you on medication which results in side effects then another medication to counter act those side effects..you go back and this repeats. The medical community in large part is as fraudulent as the federal reserve. Its a system setup to feed off us as a resource. Find a good vitamin and eat well is your best bet unless they already jacked you up then you may need them for surgery..its a messed up world :P

The body will die without water. The body does not ANY caffeine to survive. Moderation implies a non-addiction, i.e. someone does not have to have their coffee every morning or their soft drinks daily. The only reason caffeine is added to soft drinks is to addict consumers to the product; it doesn't add to the taste. There are more people addicted to caffeine than any other drug is world.

If you drink too much water you could die! Caffeine is fine in moderation - like almost everything.

I must sign off by saying that the coordination of the color of your dress suit, the shade of the hosiery, you hair color and your eye color is equisite. I love olive green because of you and taupe because of you today!

I can't agree with vandaylen, as though so many people use caffeine does negate its addictive qualities. It merely means many people in the world are addicted, but that it is socially acceptable and coffee and soft drinks containing caffeine are widely used, so doesn't make the DSM-IV, and never will! It means that it was politicized a long time ago!

Sandy, I'm going to have to play devil's advocate. I feel this video is misleading and one-sided. I could argue, and would be happy to do so, with 90% of what you say, but I have limited words. You shouldn't state in your video title that caffeine is a mental illness. It's not. You don't present any info that suggests it is, only partial info suggesting it can lead to symptoms out-of-the-ordinary and mildly unpleasent if used extensivly. If you watched this and are afraid, go read a book.

sorry... why is marijuana illegal again? ...yes, I had to ask

caffeine is the 2nd stupidest drug in the world (nicotine beats it with health problems).
