So guess who pays for the police and jail? The working people in that community that pay taxes. Of course, some is always skimmed off the top for the rich people that dont live in that crappy neighborhood, but were smart enough to set up a system that profits off of the gangbangers' inability to get along. Sprinkle a little bit of dope into the mix to keep it all going and you have a perpetual income stream. Suckers.... maybe while you are locked up you could lift a book instead of just weights.

You know whats really funny about this. OK, so the gangsters go out and start some shit to control some land, that really doesnt belong to them anyway because I gaurantee you the US government could take it if they wanted to (shit, we took over a whole country on the other side of the globe). Then the working people in that neighborhood dont like it and say, hey police we have a problem over here. So the police show up, arrest the bangers, and put them in jail.
