It's true. I think it's pigeons that can see at 80 fps. The question of reality being frame by frame is a completely different question :-p but basically, sight is like a cartoon. If you show the eye enough still images per second, the brain can process them into being fluid motion.

A human brain only see's 30fps as most, anything more or a bove this numbres are completly useless as you wont notice any difference as in video or a video game.

i think the human brain sees at 50-60 frames per second, something like that, so anything more than that in a game is useless, you cant tell the differnce :D
