he is From Richmond Cali, but moved to dallas when he was still young and grew up here. I still bump the Trendsetta mini album w/ "Good to Go", "Funky Lyrics", etc.. This was 89-90 when his shit was first hittin the streets.Dallas was crackin back then

This is probably in my top 5 favs from back in the day. The bass is pretty insane in this track. Reminds me of the old days just ridin' around and watching the rear view mirror vibrate. The explicit version sounds even better. PURE FUNK!
