he's not a Layne replacement really, he's a good addition to the band and i'm grateful that they continue to play their legendary tunes live.if they were aiming for finding that voice that will forever be missed, they would have contacted the best AIC cover bands and auditioned those singers.

i also respect the bands decision but this new singer duval (or whatever his name is)he was in realy bad shape even i could sing better than him.but okay i'm waiting for the new album.

i mean he is hitting all the notes but it just doesn't sound right. the tone isn't there, and more importantly, the soul that no one could contain in just one voice other than layne himself is not there.

jerry would have done it better without "help" from this guy. no one compares to layne, but i think it would be a shame for the other guys not to continue to play together i just wish they would find a better singer this guy sucks |
