I'm quite sure the Beatles and/or Monty Python could have come up with The Intro and the Outro. It's not that different from what either group did. I can easily hear Lennon or Eric Idle intoning, "And looking very relaxed, Adolf Hitler on vibes."

This band I seem to remember featured on a childrens television programme in the 60's called "do not adjust your set". I liked them then & I like them now!
