I've looked up a couple of sites and almost all of them depict the fake Graf Spee turret as only having two barrels, the fake turret being smaller than the real one.But I do agree that if it is either Gneisenau or Scharnhorst, they seem to have suspiciously little of their secondary armament poking out of the sides, so I might be mistaken.

The ship at 7:51 is a Gneisenau class, not a Graf Spee. Graf Spee had only one forward triple turret. That one has two.
