lol I know the facts...trust me. I have two friends now who have it and also when I took a psychology class last term in college I know they wouldn't allow schools to teach false infomation. But its the mind, both friends say its not but its the media if they know it or not everyday girls are showed whats beauty and it doesn't help guys run to the smallest girl in the room.....I had to catch my self five years ago my school had someone there to make sure I ate...lol I know but its stupid.

its not just eating, and problem solved. they're AFRAID of food, like a monster. i don't think you'd like to eat a monster.I'm not trying to be mean to you, I just don't think you know the facts.

My friend is one and no matter what you tell her she is somehow fat. But deep down I feel they know there thin, I mean its not like they see obese and shop in the fat section, but I blame the media all those air brushed models and models losing there lives to be thin means in their minds that if people are willing to die over it means a lot. Plus stress can be a part of it. But they all know there thin.

please dont get all defensive on me. I said my opinion and my viewpoint from having had an eating disorder myself. and it is true that all eating disorders are at least partly about feeling vulnerable and unwanted. do you even ahve any eating disorder? if not, blackieonassis, then I suggest you not speak so harshly to me when all I did as empathize with a fellow sufferer.

In all fairness obese people have very different problems, you could say its a mental problem in that they eat to fill something missing in their life. But anorexics look in the mirror and see 600-800 pounds, their brain tells them they are fat, its like a switch that never turns off and almost all of them will never really see how they really look or ever ever be happy no matter how thin they get.

How sad to think ... she literally chose death over a cupcake. RIP Polly, God bless those of you who are struggling. You can recover, I am living proof.
