You should practice smashing without jumping first because once you jump ,your strength of energy losens. Begin by smashing without jumping, then start smashing with one leg standing on right or left leg, then jump smash without both legs.You should start your jump not so high, then gradually increase your jump height a inch or two in a week, then increase it week after week.I hope this will help you because that's what I've done and it did work out the way I want it.

Interesting how the red team was not afraid to play 'sides' in a mixed doubles match. Maybe that's why they were on the defensive.

get your coach or any other badminton player to give u smashes and u try and block them...eventualy ud pick up..

Omigosh! The red ones are Nova Widianto/Liliana Natsir from Indonesia! They're sooo good. I think they're no.1 right now. I hope they win gold medal at the Beijing Olympic.Btw, I've seen lots of badminton games, and trust me, there are many crazier rallies than this.
