Evey, and I mean E-V-E-R-Y line, every part of this film is genius. BRITISH genius. Just like the Blues Brothers was American genius, we, as the British, can hold our heads up high, and be very, very proud that Withnail and I is arguably one of the best movies ever.R.E.G. , and messers McGann and Griffiths were immense in this picture, and we should all be thankful that this remains an 'underground' film.
