This song gets extremely annoying after a while, John Mellencamp using his "small town American boy" to gain popularity and sell more records. Eat your heart out America, its gonna be a long 4 years with Clinton or Obama in the White House

Just to clear things up; JCNinja78's comment wasn't racist. it was a response to 420RonPaul's extremely idiotic and racist question "why are there black people in this?" Well, i'll tell you why: there are black ppl in this because if you had an attention span as long as one of a rock, you would notice that there's a lot of race's in this country.

what a great song. love this. very patriotic, all very true. this is america right here. we're all friken proud to be able to say "this is our country". this song tells us what america is about, just look up the lyrics. im spending the 99 cents to put this on my ipod
