I agree with unspoken0 some of guys need to clam down. it's just a show. I'm pretty sure that if they were getting into real fights they would use more power and no just pulling hair. And plus pulling someones hair does hurt(once my friend got into a fight and she pulled the other girls hair and te other girl started crying badly).
