Ey you..I know exactly how you feel, about3years back,i also visited awfull websites,and the feeling of regrets eats you up,but im sure you know that,anyway, this may sound stupid to you,but i made a promise to myself,that i would stop,so what i did,was each time i got tempted,i thaught of a coulor,like red,and then searched the room for something red, and when i saw red, i remember Jesus dying on the cross for my sins, and then the temtasions dissapeared.
