Dear la.,The quoted value is $2M, you will note..The viedo presentation is faulty because it 1. Does not show the principal rooms first, the tacky sofa in the spare bedroom should be removed.2.The view is shown lastly which is really stupid, anyone unhappy with the bathroom, may tune out prior to the ending...At that return ... which may be unobtainable, that valuation is too high.Cheers.from,del-boy.
