I'm shedding a few tears right now. My grandfather served 2 terms in Vietnam and 2 more in Korea. He really is a hero. He watched his best friend get killed right in front him. It makes me sad about this war in Iraq bc no one supports it and even if you don't support the war please support our troops. Those young men are dieing or being injured just to come home and hear how stupid their fight was.

wow thats awesome. wish everyone was that strong about the military...my brother and a lot of my other family were all military and if not for our armed forces fighting for us this country would not be what it is today.

this is the only country song i love. its a touching song. the man that adopted me when i was a kick was infantry in Vietnam and he put me through college and employed me. now im in the 82 airborne ready for my expierence. til this day he wishes i never joined the armed forces. but i have a duty to my country.

my cusin was in that war in the 70's he was 17
