Look at world war two.Germany had the best troops but lost to Russia due to lacking resources.Japan kicked America's ass, but in the end, they only had a few air craft carriers while America had many and the ability to build many more. I don't doubt that your marines are good at shooting innocent people in Iraq or whatever they do, but it's still my guess that the SAS are better.
