i definitely agree with you, she didn't have the typical loud 80's look, very simple, down to earth and she was very beautiful, i thought she looked good even when she was heavy, you can definitely hear her influence in the go-go's music, they were known for being wild back then so i'm glad she settled down and had a family, it would have been tragic for her to become another music industry statistic, thank you miss belinda for your music and your beauty

What I liked about her is that in the late eighties, when everyone was into huge hair, glitzy clothes, gaudy jewelry, she maintained a more minimalist look. She was still beautiful, but her beauty was more natural. She was ahead of her time.
