It's Eva Perón not Evita Perón. But it can be said Evita alone or Evita Duarte.

The Italians are geniuses of the first order to restore her body to perfection. Only thing wrong is that her body became deeply tanned in the process, which isn't how she looked in life. Also, at the very end when they show her next to Juan, her hands and feet are shriveled and look awful. Personally, I don't see the whole point of Dr. Ara's work because A DEAD BODY IS A DEAD BODY!!!

A lot of lies is what you get. She had nothing to do with allowing Nazis into Argentina, yet she gets blamed for it.

joeocho88, many thanks for your information on the music played here. It is appropriately beautiful and solemn for this video. I'll look for the CD as soon as possible.

this is a horrific way to treat a corpse.. shud have been burried and left alone... if there were..... worries abt grave robbers or vandals then im sure the state could have put her in classfied burial site

Google ODESSA and Evita Peron and see what you get.

I suppose you're referring to the fact that she was embalmed. I don't think anyone knows for sure if she wanted to be embalmed or not. But the ultimate choice was not hers but Juan Peron's. One thing to remember is that she was a very Hispanic woman, and in Hispanic culture death is not so taboo. My Spanish teacher told me about the time she met a man sitting in Recoleta Cemetery where Evita is buried; he was sitting on a bench and reading a newspaper like the cemetery was a park. |
