That's a good price...two things I took into consideration though before feeling shocked. One, ticket prices and generally everything else was cheaper then, but the value of money has really gone down since then, so everything seems more expensive. Two, ticket touts have gone crazy now, selling tickets at really ridiculous prices. But I take your point, no doubt that would have been a really great show.

When the magic rape a band for a little wild...you have this kind of result! A man alone, is nothing! He is in a band, and the band is in a bigger machine and the machine is in a system lol... The listener is as important as the artist because artist always hope people like their stuff. So guys stop to compare artist research and individual

He was the best singer-but it was Peter Sinfield who wrote the lyrics and also wrote alot for Greg in ELP-not to be a knwo it all but Peter Sinfield is often overlooked and is truly a genius!

Peter Sinfield IS the best lyricist ever! I think he he sooooooo underated and was unfairly swiped at by the britsh press-who have always hated anyone who is good at something and makes it!!! If you read his lyrics and poems,it is very creative and direct and it stands on its own-without music-and Epitath is one of my all time favorites.I think Mr. Sinfield is truly an artist and very rare indeed!

the venue was small, the Felt Forum was the name, you could look up the seating capacity but there were no bad seats in the house.Bill Brufford was on the drums, remarkable especially the thunderous gongs and shields he had to stand up to hit, Whoa I'm remembering more stuff just by thinking of it

unclenk: That is awesome. You do have me jealous, though. If I was there, I don't know how I would have been able to leave. Your spinal column must have vibrated for weeks. |
