When MLK was killed, Jesse Jackson stepped up as the new "frontman" of civil rights for Blacks. HUGE downgrade. Blaming everything on whites does not fix a rampant rate of lesser education and poverty. Everything was rescinded after MLK's death. When Black parents walk around the house saying "Why she ain't" and "where he be goin?" and we wonder why there is a 50% drop out rate.

That's fine buddy, but your passive-aggressive sarcasm won't cut it with me. You have to recognize what pulled blacks forward in society to begin with. MLK promoted peaceful protest that ultimately took prominance when it was converted into law. It wasn't the Black Panthers or Malcom X that made progress through violence and dim-wit. You must also realize what has prevented them from taking the final step towards self=actualization like Jews have suceeded in.

Maybe they'll adopt your same warm attitude and positive outlook about the potential future too. Perhaps they will also, upon finding someone who they see as being ill-informed on a particular part of an issue, deliver the same type of patient, mature and informative response that you have offered here. I hope you're involved with public speaking. I'm sure all you touch will be as inspired as I am by your infuriation with anyone who doesn't have all the right answers like you do. Good luck! :-)

How about improving our education system by paying teachers more, in which the money would be generated through "liberal entitlement" cuts? How about a recognition of a 20% abortion rate for black pregnancies, or a 50% incarceration/ probation rate for black males between 18-30? What ever happened to going to college? Why aren't more blacks in college?
