Ninth amendment, because of the enumeration in the constitution of the right of "intoxicating liquors" 18 and 21, has meant that every law against ANY OTHER form of intoxicating substance is a legally-constitutionall PROTECTED RIGHT!"The enumeration in the constitution of certain rights is not to be construde to deny or disparage OTHERS retained by the people" -BOR Article/Amend 9I can have my intoxicating smoke, snuff, injections, and pills. The laws against them are now illegal to enforce.
