I agree it is the owners fault .stop the endless killing of innocents. Have not people learned from what Cesar millan has tried to teach us .He has a complete pit bull that is an example of how good this breed can be a we need to train the owners. wtf are you talking about, nobodys dog was takin, it was a grandfather clause, every owner who already had one was allowed to keep them, only in the uk and denver did they kill the existing pits, ur friend was lying to you, either they got caught with no muzzle or somthing else, that is not true at all!

It's really the person looking after the dog that is responsible, not the dog itself. A few of my friends and family have pit bulls or boxers, and they're all very nice dogs. My grandfather got bitten by a pit bull after getting angry and kicking it but it was only on the outside of the skin. Guess what he did. He put the dog in a bag and threw it off a bridge. This was 24 years ago, mind you.
