not completely sure bout this but i think its bout a kid who wants to run away . hes on his way to school after packin his luch and a sex doll knocks it outta his hands. so he gets mad and starts a fight. the cop arrests him and he sees hes gonna die so escapes. then he REALLY tries to run away but doesnt have exact change after 58 years (lmao) then the girl in the car part not sure bout
