"combining living and machine components could eventually make robotic systems more effective" ?? i am a computer and electronics enthusiast but i am bit appalled by this video and i acuse these people of animal brutality. i can see some of the benefits of this (for bad reasons mainly maybe) but i can't see them as being longterm. surely you can have your electronically controlled army of killer bees but you can also maybe protect your fields from other insects. still this is mad/evil science!
