dear wwsterling:congress is an institution designed to protect the interests of its citizens. instead, what we have is an institution that sold out our interests to big business lobbyists. for instance, big tabacco (#1 lobbyists) kills 100k u.s. people per year yet is allowed to operate freely. all congress has done is regulated, taxed, and then made money off the sale of tabacco. this is just one example. why gas is so expensive? thank congress for its contracts with opec.

Dear Americanreformist:Voting is not a tool of capitalist oppression, it is our system of maintaining a Representative Republic. Only when the Constitution(s) and laws are violated, does our MORE PERFECT UNION and it's governmental system fail. Don't blame the system. Blame the people on this videotape violating Texas Penal Code 37.10 and 37.11. They are stealing our very system of government right before our eyes.

voting is a tool of capitalist oppression. this video explains why this country is in the shape that it is in. if we eliminated 90% of congress, this country would run much more efficiently and we would be better off, not to mention the power would finally be retirned to its people!!!!

I refer to your wanting to consult with an attorney previous to deciding if hearings are in order to determine if false statements were made in E.O. RP-65. You don't need "advice of counsel" to know a Governor cannot mandate law via executive fiat. If you do, you should consider study of our State Constitution. You will be required to "preserve, protect, and defend" it should you be elected. See my point? For too long we've allowed lawyers to tell us sentences say things that they do not.

I am not so sure what you are refering too? I haven't posted to this site in quite some time. However, I am not an attorney, or english major and am prone to typos, as the profile on my web site indicates. I am a retired air traffic controller that wants the voice of his community to be heard no matter how inarticulate I may sound. My disire is to stop the Robber Barons from stealing our civil liberties given to us by our forefathers steeped in blood and scrafice over the decades!

Dave, I think you may mean "advice of counsel" rather than "..advice of council" but pleae keep in mind, I did not mention "party politics". All I mentioned was clearly defined law. If you need to seek "...advice of council" rather than read the State Constitution and Penal Code (to determine if RP-65 was fraudulent) perhaps you misunderstand the Post you are seeking. It would be YOUR duty to make that decision. We aren't electing counselers, we are trying to elect Representatives.

Tucker, much is being done. Be patient. What you observe here are violations of Texas Penal Codes 37.11 and 37.10; Tampering with Governmental Record and Impersonating Public Servant. Both are felony offenses upon conviction according to our law. Yesterday a Travis County Texas Grand Jury was provided evidence regarding this matter. Unless interfered with in some manner, they will determine if these are indictable acts according to law. Stay tuned. Keep faith. Justice SHALL be obtained.
