no that is the old d models actually wasnt just the d models but almost all of them. this as someone has said before looks to be a late 80's model which someone used either to start the engine any diesel will knock after sitting for awhile because there isnt any oil in the cylinders after it has sat all the oil drained back into the pan and bam there it is that explains the knocking.

the d models start on gas to warm up then they switch it to diesel.the bearings are NOT bad
